What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation is an EU-wide law that comes into force on the 25th May 2018. The regulation will affect every organisation that handles the personal data of EU citizens (and it will still apply after Brexit!) Essentially, the rules about how you can handle people’s data are changing and a new set of individuals’ rights has been established. The laws are complex (there are 99 articles in the legislation) but compliance needn’t be – if you let us handle things.

Software can help you document everything you need to do for GDPR. We can provide easy-to-use portal software and dynamic spreadsheets that use pre-populated templates. Our secure software can be used for storing and encrypting personal data. If you have an in-house development team, we can advise them on designing compliant software.

Data Protection Officer

Data Protection Officer

Your Data Protection Officer (DPO) must be independent. They cannot perform any data-handling tasks within your organisation that might compromise the independence of their role. We can act as your DPO, ensuring no conflicts of interest.
